Digital Long Vowel Team Mapping Task Cards
140 self-checking digital cards are included in this bundle, formatted for Google Slides and Seesaw. Links to both are included in the PDFs. Use these digital cards to reinforce sound mapping skills you’ve already explicitly taught your learners.
Remember, there is a deck with 20 BONUS digital and printable cards exclusive to this bundle!
How to Use the Digital Mapping Cards:
Step 1: Say the word, name the picture such as “paint.”
Step 2: S-t-r-e-tch the word – like /p – ay – n – t/ for paint. Slide one digital counter down for each sound {or phoneme} in the word. Paint has 4 phonemes, so 4 counters should be in the boxes.
Step 3: Type the letters that correspond with each sound in the boxes.
Step 4: Read the word. This is important so don’t skip this step!
Step 5: Drag the box over to check the answer.
